All perspective new members this is your first stop after joining; this is where you will bring your character to life. Current members must also come here in order to create a new character. This is where your adventure begins!

Because BCO is played in liquid form and you are allowed to have multiple characters we encourage (if not demand) that you make a tracker for your character. It can be simple or fancy whatever fits best, we just need to know where your character is. This will also make it easier for you when activity checks roll around! So track those silly characters of yours!

Get those characters in here and start plotting! Each character needs to have an individual plot thread so people may reply personally to the character. So please feel free to be creative and dramatic as you want! Get busy!

The oldest mansion on the norther side the Scarlet Mansion is well known for its beauty and grace both architecturally but also in landscaping. The mansion sits on the far side of Seattle enabling the occupants to sit on a grand total of 25 acres of property. The mansion is three stories high and is filled with rooms, dining halls, living rooms and many expansive spaces. It is well known in the supernatural community that this is where the Valkori Coven claim residence. They take every precaution to keep the outside world in and so the mansion is enveloped in ten foot high wrought iron fencing, with an expensive security system. It is impenetrable. The seven royal families reside here, however there are multiple smaller houses (all expansive and luxurious however) spread out around the 23 acres, making it somewhat like a fortress for all of the coven. Unknown to the mass public however there are some tours that occur whenever the food supply runs low...however the tourists rarely ever return.

The north gateway to the expansive pacific the port serves as an entry way for all the delicacies the sea has to offer. Many activities are offered here as well as the residence to the upper classes in the Seattle area. Everything in this area somehow encompasses the ocean and is usually a active hub for people to come take cruises, go fishing or spend the day on the beach.

Downtown Seattle is a jewel in its own, of course the poverty level on the southern side of Seattle is much higher and the economy of life is much lower here as well. But the true beauty is in the age of the structures and the history in downtown. The people here are your average middle class and it is odd to see the upper class citizens taking residence around here. Downtown is also where most of the houses are found, it is where families are created and lives are lived. However there is also a rich cultural life here as well.

The run down manor was still very valuable as a historical landmark in the city. However with no one to live in it the manor was starting to fall apart. The Drago pack was the answer to all there problems. The pack quickly moved in under the pretense of a rich European with lots of family members and friends needing a place to live. They obviously had enough money to cover the cost and the bank had no issue handing over the title as soon as they saw the cash. It is assumed mafia owns it but rather it is just the Drago pack that now resides inside the expansive walls. The manor is large having enough rooms and hallways to fit the whole of Drago Pack inside and then more. Because it is in a werewolf's nature to live with their pack the manor accommodates everyone. The manor is in need of repair and work. But it is the perfect den. The back of the house is up against the Washington forest and so it makes for good hunting as well.

The beautiful access to the ocean allows people to come and go, not only to purchase fresh seafood. Enjoy a candle light dinner at the five star restaurant. There are also constant ferry rides and the occasional cruise boat that admits persons for a evening out on the water. There is also the well known Harper Beach which allows you to get your toes in the sand.

Sometimes rules really mess with things and so do time periods and plots. So that my dear is why you can jump out of this universe! Take your character on a trip where there are no rules and you can post whatever you would like. Maybe you dream of your character being blue or green?? Well go for it!

Time has no hold of us here. Spin your tale how you see fit. If a you need to roleplay out a adolescent memory then please make sure you do it here because we need to keep the rest of the in character posting in line with the current year and time period.

Need a picture for a character, or perhaps some help getting the exact table layout? This is the place to come to request graphics from other members as well as to contribute your own. No steeling or re-using pictures without the creators consent. Additionally no content is to be redistributed or used on any other forum/website.
